2015 GDUSA American Package Design Awards recognize Exhibit A: Design Group for two projects in Food and Beverage category.

Exhibit A: Design Group receive two Certificates of Excellence awards in the 2015 GDUSA American Package Design Awards for two food and beverage client projects.

For over 51 years, GDUSA (Graphic Design USA) has sponsored national design competitions that celebrate excellence and opportunity for creative professionals. “The goal of these competitions is to focus attention on areas of growth and opportunity for graphic design professionals, to recognize the best work being done in those arenas, and to emphasize the value that graphic design brings to business and society.” says Gordon Kaye, GDUSA Editor and Publisher. “The American Package Design Awards is the fastest growing of these programs.”

This year entries soared to nearly 2000 — up 9% from last year and more than 15% over the past two years — and a highly selective 1 in 5 are being recognized for their achievements.

Exhibit A: Design Group received recognition for the following projects:
Food and Beverage – Salt Spring Coffee Cold Brew Coffee ~ images
Food and Beverage – Go Goat! Baked Goods Mix and Bake Biscotti

Both of the awarded packaging design projects were created on a modest budget. The recognition speaks to Exhibit A: Design Group’s belief that in every project there is creative opportunity despite budget, schedule or subject.

The strategy for both of these awarded packaging projects is to ensure the consumer immediately understands what the product offering is.” says Ripley. “Both of these consumer categories are fairly new so each has to appeal to, and educate, the consumer as well as earn their premium price position”.
